Who We Are

One Factory. Full Control.

We started on 18 March 2010 in Yueqing, Wenzhou — one of China’s densest clusters for electrical components and connectors. From day one we narrowed our focus: build reliable automotive connectors and terminals at a competitive total cost, and nothing else.

Most suppliers in this industry assemble. We manufacture. Rather than buying housings from one workshop and terminals from another, we built the whole chain in-house: mold R&D, plastic injection molding, metal stamping, final assembly and inspection, all on one site.

That choice is the reason buyers stay with us. When every stage sits under one roof, dimensional accuracy, material quality and delivery dates are ours to control — not something we have to chase through third parties. Today we are a licensed import/export manufacturer serving buyers of on-board vehicle systems, low-voltage electrical equipment and instrumentation worldwide.

Quality-Driven

We inspect incoming material, run in-process patrol checks (IPQC), and test dimensions, conductivity, sealing and temperature resistance on finished parts.

Engineering Support

We work from your drawings — including drawing modification and full Engineering Change Notice (ECN) execution through to production.

Import / Export Licensed

We are a fully registered manufacturer with import/export qualification, so your orders clear customs without improvised paperwork.

Rapid Response

Our standardized production and experienced export team give you fast, reliable quotations and repeat supply.

Why We Don’t Outsource

Four Stages. One Roof.

It would be cheaper to buy housings from one workshop and terminals from another. We don’t, and here is what that decision buys you.

01

Mold R&D

We design and cut molds in-house, so a new model or a cavity change does not wait in someone else’s queue.

What you avoidWeeks of waiting on an outside tool shop before anyone can even quote your drawing.
02

Injection Molding

Our own injection lines run connector housings and insulating parts, with the mold and the machine in the same building.

What you avoidShrinkage and flash disputes between a molder and a mold maker who blame each other.
03

Metal Stamping

We stamp terminals and contacts to the dimensional tolerances your drawing actually specifies — not to the nearest available grade.

What you avoidContacts that look right but change conductivity and insertion force batch to batch.
04

Assembly & QC

We assemble and inspect at the end of the same line, so what we measure is what ships.

What you avoidDiscovering a defect after the goods have already crossed a border.

Why Three Gates, Not One

Quality Is Cheaper Before Shipment

A connector carries current and lives in a harsh environment. A single final inspection can only tell you that some parts are bad — it cannot tell you where the problem started.

Gate 01

Incoming Inspection

We check resin and metal strip against specification before it goes onto a machine.

CatchesOff-grade material before it is moulded into thousands of parts you would then have to scrap.
Gate 02

In-Process Patrol (IPQC)

Our patrol checks keep molding, stamping and assembly inside tolerance during the run, not after it.

CatchesDrift — the slow change in a mold or die that only shows up in the middle of a batch.
Gate 03

Final Testing

We verify the key indicators on the finished part before shipment — dimensions, conductivity, sealing and temperature resistance.

CatchesAnything the first two gates could not see once the connector is assembled and seated.

Automatic vibratory-bowl feeding machines on the HEH connector assembly line in Yueqing, Wenzhou
Automatic bowl feeding on our assembly line — the machine orients and feeds the terminals; we assemble and check them by hand.

Inside the Plant

Machines Feed. People Decide.

Our assembly hall runs on automatic vibratory-bowl feeding: terminals and housings are sorted, oriented and fed to the assembly station by machine, which is what keeps cycle time and orientation repeatable across a production run.

The operators you see are not there to feed parts by hand. They are there to watch the process, pull the sample, and stop the line when something drifts. Automation gives us consistency; people give us judgment. We keep both.

How We Work Together

From Your Drawing to Repeat Supply

Most of our business is not an off-the-shelf part number. It is a buyer’s drawing that has to become a part — and then keep being that exact part, order after order.

Step 01

Drawing or Requirement

Send a drawing, a sample, or just the application: pin count, current, mating part and environment.

Step 02

Feasibility

Our engineers check the tolerance and material against our own molds and dies, then come back with a straight answer.

Step 03

Quotation & Sample

We quote against your volume and send samples, so you can check fit before committing.

Step 04

Engineering Change

If the part has to change, we run it as a formal ECN — drawing revised, tooling updated, revision recorded.

ECN Supported
Step 05

Production & Supply

We produce to the agreed revision, and match repeat orders to the approved sample.

Drawing modification is part of the job, not a favour

Buyers rarely hand over a finished drawing. Cavity layout, wall thickness and terminal position usually need adjusting to be manufacturable — or to fit a harness that changed after the first sample. We handle that as a document, so the revision you approve is the revision we build.

What Drives Us

Mission, Vision & Spirit

Three statements we wrote for ourselves, kept in the original Chinese because the English is only an approximation. They are our founder’s own commitments — still how we run the plant.

Mission · 使命 以技术引导市场,以产品品质服务顾客

Lead the market with technology; serve the customer with product quality.

Vision · 愿景 为客户提供满意的电子解决方案,成为线缆行业的优秀服务商

Provide customers with satisfactory electronic solutions, and become an excellent service provider in the wire & cable industry.

Spirit · 精神 以人为本,不断学习,持续创新,让客户满意

Put people first, keep learning, keep innovating, and always satisfy the customer.
