About HEH
A connector factory, not a trading company.
Wenzhou Hehui Electric was founded in 2010 in Yueqing, Wenzhou — China’s electrical component cluster. We develop the molds, mold the housings, stamp the terminals and assemble the finished parts under one roof.
Because every step is in-house, an engineering change on your side goes from drawing to sample without waiting on an outside supplier.
Vertical integration
Four stages, one plant.
Most suppliers in this industry buy the housing and resell it. We run all four stages ourselves, which is what makes a drawing change on your side a same-week sample on ours.
Mold R&D
Tooling designed and cut in-house from your drawing or ours. Cavity layout, gate position and draft angles settled before the first shot.
Injection Molding
Housings molded in PA66 and PA6T, glass-filled grades where the temperature class demands it. Process parameters held shot to shot.
Metal Stamping
Terminals stamped from phosphor bronze, then plated to your specification — tin, gold or selective gold on the contact zone.
Final Assembly
Insulators, seals and terminals assembled and locked. Pre-assembled harness-side connectors ship ready to plug in.
Nothing is outsourced between stages. Because the same plant holds the mold, the press and the assembly bench, tolerance drift between a housing and its terminal is caught before it reaches a shipment — not after.
Quality control
Three gates before it ships.
Connectors carry current and live in harsh environments. Every batch passes the same three checks — nothing leaves Yueqing without clearing all of them.
Raw materials checked against specification before they enter production.
Patrol inspection keeps molding, stamping and assembly inside tolerance during the run.
Dimensions, conductivity, sealing and temperature resistance verified before shipment.

Vehicle Electrical Systems
Body control, lighting, sensor and power circuits. The 1–66 pin range covers everything from a 2-pin lamp connector to a 66-pin ECU header.
